Zayed Higher Organization for Humanitarian Care and Special Needs is committed to concentrate its practices and resources on achieving happiness of the employees and customers through promotion of the concepts and values of happiness and positivity in the work environment and its institutional practices. And thus, this contributes to spreading these concepts and values in the society.


Happiness Index

Zayed Higher Organization measures the happiness index of its customers through electronic surveys. Such surveys send direct reports and live feeds to the officials in order to follow up such index and take the necessary action to raise it.
